Main components
Stream splitter – Allows you to distribute the stream in the desired configuration. Various configurations of the dividing device depending on the speed of the production line and the type of product. Required for products with irregular shapes.
Automatic change of packaging format – The transition to the new format of group packaging is carried out automatically using brushless motors and does not require operator intervention in the operation of the machine. The format of the group packaging is changed from the operator panel.
Stacking device – Flexible configuration and work with different types of equipment depending on the type of product or packaging format. The stacker is installed without increasing the size of the main machine.
Carton Shop – Allows you to easily and quickly load carton blanks. The new design, perpendicular to the machine, will provide more space and ease of setup. Various configurations are available depending on production speed (single and double)
Auto-change of reels with film – Allows you to solder and cut the film in automatic mode without operator intervention without stopping the production cycle. Various film reel placement solutions provide easy interaction between operator and machine.
High Tech Enclosure – New design will provide access to all components for packaging changes and maintenance.
